Tungsten carbide is a hard tool that comes with a strong tooth formulation. This is a result of plenty of cutting edges and decreased tooth wedge angle. It is these properties that give carbide burr manufactured tools an edge over others. They have an extended life and a better stock removal performance. Hence, carbide burrs are perfect for removing surface stock and weld splatter, deburring, chamfering. You can also use carbide burrs to do medium to light cleaning.

Note

The tool must be clamped when in use. The chip-cutting method is better with reverse milling.

Avoid a repeat performance. Wear goggles, canvas gloves, and long-sleeved overalls when working.
