 Carbide burrs come with a design that gives them the room to handle various tasks, especially stock removal on many tough materials. Burrs can be used on different types of material. Examples include non-ferrous metals, aluminum, wood, and reinforced plastics. 

You can use carbide burrs on certain metals like steel, aluminum and cast iron, all types of wood, fiberglass acrylics, and plastics. When used on soft metals such as gold, platinum, and silver, carbide burrs are ideal as they will last a long time with no chipping or breaking.

1.What is your production capacity?  The annual production capacity is more than 200tons of carbide burrs in 2020.

2.How many people are in your company? There are about 80 employees in our group company.

3.How many CNC machines do you have? So far, we have 188 sets of five-axis five-linkage automatic grinding machine,
14 sets of welding machine (will be more this year), 1 set of laser diagnostics machine.

4.What is your carbide burrs standard? Our carbide burrs are according to GB/T 9217.1-2005 – GB/T 9217.12-2005. At the same time, we customize another standard of carbide burrs like ISO 7755-1:2013 – 7755-12:2013, DIN 8033-1:1983 – DIN 8033-12:1983, GOST 52780-2007, GOST 34202-2017

5.Do you have a test of the carbide burrs?  Every piece of the product goes through the in-process and final inspection test to ensure quality control.
