What are carbide burrs?
Definition
Tungsten Carbide Rotary burrs are also known as high-speed milling cutters and mold milling cutters. It can process a variety of metals, including a variety of hardened steel and non-metal, such as marble, jade bone, etc. It is regarded as an important way to improve production efficiency and realize the mechanization of the fitter.

Application
Deburring, chamfering, milling out for the preparation of build-up welding, machining weld seams, machining contours, cleaning cast material, Trimming, contour milling, cutting out holes

What are carbide burr cuts?
To meet all the different applications, different materials, different levels of processing. FITCARBIDE designed six different tooth shapes for Carbide burrs.

1.Carbide burr cuts – double cut
Application
Efficient stock removal
deburring, finishing, cleaning
Material processed
Ferrous metal
Non-ferrous metals

The way to use the speed guide below:
1.Selection application and material processed
2.Identify the appropriate cut style. Please refer to the previous page to match your application and the appropriate cutting style
3.Identify the recommended cutting speed as follows
4.Select bur diameter as follows
5.Follow maximum rotational speed as follows
Recommended cutting speed
